Payment is due upfront for all treatments. I will support you to ensure everything is in place prior to your session, however I reserve the right to cancel the appointment on the spot if the fee hasn't been paid upon commencement.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances change so if you can no longer make your appointment, I ask to please be informed at least 6 hours before to avoid being charged for the full session.

Refunds

BodyTalk is a cumulative form of health care. I therefore offer packages to support your commitment to your own healing journey. However, no refunds are given on unused sessions after the start of a package.

 

I will guide you as to the optimal timings for your sessions. The onus though ultimately is on you to manage your package and appointment bookings.

No refunds are given once a session of any modality has been conducted.

The healing process is different for everyone. If you have any concerns feel free to share this with me and we will address together.​
