What do we do?
I listen and observe :
where there is room for improvement in your whole body and mind, emotions, energy flow..

Bring awareness to your brain to pay attention to these areas of health using focus, light touch and tapping
2.
This moves you from stress mode to healing mode, where your body can rest & repair
Once again, harmony is restored internally
You feel centered, more equipped to handle challenges, and in top form!

Sessions are online, and last upto 60 minutes.
You can choose to lie down or sit on a chair, but I may ask you to stand up to assess posture and movement so do ensure there is space for that.

How do you listen to my body?
Every experience and memory is stored in your body and mind.

I am trained to focus deeply and read and interpret this information by following a set BodyTalk "Protocol & Procedure" + my intuition together in a seamless way.
And over time this skill becomes second nature for me.

The protocol is a map of every aspect of your body and mind. I go through this step by step like a navigational tool using my intuition or felt sense to locate imbalances that are a "priority" for you today.

​What might seem like an obvious problem to you is not necessarily the one your body wants to address first!
​
I also use a muscle response as feedback to confirm and guide the process.
How do distance sessions work?
My ability to observe your potential for healing works whether I am with you or at a distance!
I am trained in a technique called "Mindscape" that enables me to slow down, deeply focus and tune into your body's priorities for healing using my intuitive mind in a very structured and logical way. It's like working with information and my gut feeling in a very smart and step by step way ;)

And then in this highly “tuned-in” state, I focus on you being the “receiver” of the information regarding the new possibilities for your healing that we observed and the connections within your body and mind that are going to re-establish harmony.

It’s then over to your body/mind then make the necessary adjustments in the best way it knows how, which accelerates your healing process, taking you to the next level of health.
