Then in 2008 I attended a one-day BodyTalk Access course — thanks Mum! — just to pick up a few health tools. I wasn’t expecting much.
But something shifted.

What is Back to Balance exactly
A series of 3 or 6 gentle, guided, bespoke BodyTalk sessions for women ready to work with their body’s intelligence - without the overwhelm of searching for the perfect solution.
How is this different from therapy, meditation or everything else I’ve already tried?
Most approaches work at the conscious level - talking through problems, managing thoughts, building better habits. They’re valuable, but they don’t always reach the deeper patterns driving the mental noise in the first place.
BodyTalk works beneath that. It listens to what your body is holding in your subconscious- the stored stress, the unprocessed emotions, the communication breakdowns between your systems and restores the conditions for your body to release and rebalance itself. It looks at the whole picture so nothing is missed.
Is this too “woo” ?
BodyTalk is a structured system used by certified practitioners worldwide. It’s grounded in the understanding that your body operates as a fully interconnected system - and that restoring communication between those systems creates real, measurable change. There’s solid neuroscience behind why chronic stress dysregulates the nervous system and what it takes to shift out of that state. It's not just candles and crystals (though those are nice too!)
How many sessions will I need?
Back to Balance is a series of 3 or 6 sessions - designed to work progressively, each one building on the last. Three sessions gives your body enough time to begin shifting out of survival mode and into genuine balance, at its own pace.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Every body is different. Some women notice shifts after their very first session -sleeping more deeply, feeling less reactive, thinking more clearly. For others the changes build gradually as deeper patterns often reveal themselves gradually as the body begins to rebalance and clears the backlog!

What if I just want a single session?
Single sessions are available. However Back to Balance as a series gives your body the time and conditions to create deeper, more lasting change - rather than temporary relief. If you want to to move from crisis management to deep restoration - the series is where it happens.
